ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. — A 2-year-old boy is expected to survive after accidentally shooting himself Tuesday afternoon, the Pasco County Sheriff's Office reports.
Deputies say the boy got ahold of the gun around 4:45 p.m. in the Stengal Loop area near Zephyrhills.
"No one else was injured and this was an isolated incident," the sheriff's office said.
The investigation is ongoing.
