Florida has issued an active AMBER alert out of Madison County for 5-year-old Naomi Herring.
She was last seen wearing a black and yellow dress with blue shorts with a fruit print. She has long hair. She may not be wearing shoes, authorities say.
She was last seen in the area of the 100 block of Southwest Old Saint Augustine Road in Madison, Florida.
