FORT MEADE, Fla. — A Fort Meade man who threatened to kill a Polk County deputy and others in a Facebook post was arrested Tuesday, according to the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Marvin McCalebb Jr., 29, was charged with written threat to kill, use of two-way communication device to commit a felony, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

According to an affidavit, McCalebb's Facebook page had a photo of him wearing a T-shirt that read "I kill cops."

It also had the following message:

"If you get me a .357, I'll sneak up behind [deputy's name] and blow his head off from the back and he'll never see me coming. F*****g P***y! He's a target tho, and I'll f*** up all My Targets! [Deputy's name] you're already dead. You just don't know it yet. But in Good Time, Pig! I'll be at your house to deal with you and your family! Just wait, I'll see you soon!"

"Well I can't wear this shirt anymore because of My Design on it. Pigs will try to f*** with me over My Shirt and I'll cut pork chops from them too. All I can say is F*****g try me!"

The deputy named in the post said he had minor dealings with McCalebb in the past but did not know why he would name him in the post.

The sheriff's office said the deputy has a well-founded fear that the suspect would figure out where he lives, and where his family members live, and would carry out the threat.

When deputies spoke with McCalebb, they said he presumed they were there to talk about the shirt. After they placed him under arrest, they said they found a pocketknife with marijuana residue in his pocket.

"This suspect has been arrested before for making threats against law enforcement - he received probation," Sheriff Grady Judd said. "One would think he would learn that it's a felony to threaten to kill a cop."
