Tampa will choose a new mayor Tuesday. Here's how to vote

The polls are open Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

TAMPA, Fla. — Voters will choose between former police chief Jane Castor and businessman David Straz to be the next mayor.

The polls are open Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Voters are asked to bring their identification.

Early voting has ended. It went from April 14th-20th.

In addition to a new mayor, voters will also decide three City Council races. The candidates in District 1 are Joseph Citro and Walter L. Smith II, in District 3 they are John Dingfelder and Stephen Lytle, and in District 5 they are Orlando Gudes and Jeffrey L. Rhodes.
