ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — A Clearwater man was arrested after deputies say he exposed himself and masturbated in front of a woman on the beach.
The woman told deputies Panagiotis Zaloumis, 39, was standing in the mangroves and asked her for a lighter to light his cigarette. She told Zaloumis she did not have a lighter and began to pack up her things.
The victim told deputies she kept an eye on Zaloumis because she did not know what he was doing. Deputies say the victim saw Zaloumis expose himself, then get fully nude.
The woman told deputies Zaloumis was watching her pack up while he masturbated.
Zaloumis was arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition.
