HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. -- Two children and two adults were ejected from an SUV when one of its rear tires blew on I-75 Thursday morning, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

FHP said Libis Juarez was driving a 2002 Ford SUV early Thursday when one of its rear tires blew near the 266 milepost. Officials said Juarez lost control of the SUV, hit the median and rolled over several times.

A passenger, Marcela Pacheco, 34, was ejected along with a 1-year-old and a 4-month-old. All four were taken to Tampa General Hospital with serious injuries.

FHP said Juarez was cited for driving without a valid license, no seat belt and two child seat violations.
