TAMPA, Fla. -- Authorities allege a child was just 3-years-old when they became a victim to sexual abuse.
Sebastian Aquino, 28, was charged with sexual battery after police say he admitted to the crime, according to a Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office news release. Deputies say Aquino abused the victim several times from 2011 through 2017, beginning when they were 3 years of age.
