SEFFNER, Fla. -- A registered sex offender in Hillsborough County has been arrested again and charged with 100 counts of possession of child porn.
Detectives charged Charles Burns, 33, after finding an SD card, containing more than 1,000 pornographic images, at a laundromat in Seffner.
Authorities say they traced the card back to him.
Burns, of Thonotosassa, is a repeat offender.
Last year, he was arrested by sheriff's deputies for failing to report.
