ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Today, thanks to more moisture and humid conditions, we have more cloud cover to provide you with some shade throughout the afternoon hours.
This weekend: Kenny Chesney and Lightning watch parties, along with other events, are happening across the Tampa Bay area — and all should go off without any rain, but be prepared for even more heat and humidity.
We could see a tiny bit of relief from a stray passing shower, mainly inland, on Sunday. Make sure to stay hydrated and wear light colored loose fitting clothing to prevent heat exhaustion
Next Week: A front will move through, bringing a chance of rain by Monday, but not a great change in temperatures as highs continue to climb in the middle 80s. Rain chances are around 30% so we can finally feel a little relief from the heat and allergies.
