UPDATE: Emery was found safe in California, the Marion County Sheriff's Office said on July 27.

Marion County deputies are asking for the public's help to find a missing 30-year-old man who has not been seen since last month and may be in danger.
Emery Jordan McIntosh of Silver Springs was last seen about 1 p.m. June 10 near his home in the 3200 block of NE 49th Court.
His family has received notifications of toll violations in New Jersey, Delaware and Kansas and were alerted that the car was towed on June 21 in Oakland, Calif. Deputies, however, cannot determine if McIntosh was in the car when it went through the tolls.
He is 6-foot-1, 210 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
