A 28-year-old Lakeland man has been indicted for first degree murder.
Ramon Turner, 28, is accused of shooting and killing Michael Guthridge on April 6 near 1668 Crystal Park Circle in Lakeland. Guthridge, 31, was found lying on the ground.
Turner, who was served with the indictment Monday, was already in the Putnam County Jail on a handful of charges -- including assault.
Turner is being held without bond.
