ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- St. Petersburg police are seeking the public's help to find a missing 16-year-old with mental disabilities.
Lance Orshal left his group home in the 500 block of 45th Street about 3:30 p.m. Friday.
He is 5-foot-5, 250 pounds with brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue shorts and orange shoes.
