TAMPA, Fla. -- The Tampa Police Department identified the man found floating near the Davis Island Basin.
Police still aren't sure how Norman Porterfield died after finding him in the water Wednesday afternoon.
Teens taking sailing lessons noticed a floating body and alerted instructors, police said.
Three divers helped find Porterfield, according to Tampa police.
Police said there are no signs of foul play. Investigators believe it appears to be medically related.
The investigation is ongoing.
