Update on Saturday, March 31, 2018: The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office found a missing 85-year-old woman safe in Mulberry, Florida.
The sheriff's office canceled the silver alert for Pearl Thayer. Deputies also let Thayer's family know of her whereabouts.
Original Story on Friday, March 30, 2018: Hillsborough County sheriff's deputies are asking for the public's help to find a missing Riverview woman who suffers from memory loss.
Pearl Thayer, 85, was last seen about 2:30 p.m. Thursday at her home. She is 5-foot-6, 190 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
She is driving a silver 2010 Cadillac DTS bearing a Florida tag INU-N48.
She is known to frequent the area of Boyette Road and Mcmullen Road near Publix and Suntrust Bank, and may be unable to find her way home.
